TwitPly Privacy Policy
Effective November 15, 2025
TwitPly is owned and operated by ChamsDel Online LLC, 304 S. Jones Blvd #3646, Las Vegas, NV 89107, United States (“we”, “our”, “us”). We build a browser extension and dashboard that help you find high-signal conversations on X (Twitter) and draft thoughtful replies. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: Email address and authentication details managed by Supabase when you sign in.
- Extension preferences: Tone, mood, blocked keywords, TwitPly token, and reply goal settings stored locally in Chrome to keep the panel personalized.
- Reply activity: The text of replies you send through TwitPly, engagement counts, niches, and timestamps so the dashboard can display streaks and analytics. We hash original tweet identifiers and never store third-party post content.
- Payment data: Stripe processes payments on our behalf. We receive confirmation of your purchase (customer ID, paid status) but never see full card details.
- Support messages: If you contact us, we keep the correspondence necessary to respond.
2. How we use your data
- Authenticate you and secure your TwitPly account.
- Generate AI-assisted drafts and store the replies you publish for analytics.
- Maintain the extension experience, including personalization and paywall enforcement.
- Provide customer support and communicate important product updates.
- Comply with legal or security obligations when required.
3. Sharing & retention
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share limited data with trusted processors who help us run TwitPly (Supabase for authentication/database, Stripe for billing, OpenAI for reply generation). Each processor is bound by contract to protect your data. We retain reply analytics until you delete your account or request removal.
4. Your choices
- Adjust extension settings or revoke your TwitPly token at any time from the dashboard.
- Export and delete your reply history by contacting support.
- Disable or uninstall the Chrome extension if you no longer want it to access X pages.
- Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link; transactional emails (receipts, security notices) cannot be disabled.
5. International transfers
TwitPly is operated from the United States. By using the service you consent to processing and storage in the U.S. with safeguards aligned to applicable privacy laws.
