TwitPly Terms

Effective November 15, 2025

These Terms govern your access to and use of TwitPly’s browser extension, dashboard, and related services. TwitPly is owned by ChamsDel Online LLC, 304 S. Jones Blvd #3646, Las Vegas, NV 89107, United States. By installing or using TwitPly you agree to these conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and compliant with X (Twitter) platform policies. You are responsible for the accuracy of the X handle you associate with TwitPly.

2. License & acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to install and use the TwitPly extension and dashboard for your own social media workflow. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or use TwitPly to automate spammy or abusive behavior. TwitPly never auto-posts replies—you remain responsible for what you publish.

3. Payments

Lifetime access is billed once via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You authorize us to share the minimum necessary information with Stripe to process the payment.

4. Data & privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You remain the owner of the replies you create. We may collect aggregated analytics to improve the service.

5. Third-party services

TwitPly relies on Supabase, Stripe, and OpenAI. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services. TwitPly is independent from X (Twitter) and does not guarantee continued compatibility if X changes its APIs or UI.

6. Disclaimers

TwitPly is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific engagement outcomes, or that AI-generated drafts are error-free. You should review drafts before posting.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwitPly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for lifetime access.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the extension, or compromise the security of the service. You may stop using TwitPly at any time by uninstalling the extension and contacting us to delete your data.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as our product evolves. We will post the new date above and notify active users when material changes occur. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
